The town of Ocean Shores is historically linked with Pat Boon and Allan Bond who helped create the renowned internationally respected championship golf course that today continues to be a challenge to all who enjoy the game.

Byron Bay township is approximately 15 minutes drive south, whilst the Gold Coast Airport is approximately a 30 minutes drive north.
